Frequently asked questions

What are these strategies?

Four EA (Expert Advisor) strategies for MetaTrader 5, built and tested by Team Nine with the help of AI.

What is an MT5 EA?

An EA (Expert Advisor) is a program that runs a trading strategy automatically on MetaTrader 5 according to preset rules.

What do Low, Medium and High mean?

Three risk settings for each strategy, with a different risk % per trade. Higher risk can mean bigger profit and bigger drawdowns. The figures are on each strategy page.

Where do the profit and drawdown figures come from?

From TradingView backtests. The period, capital and cost assumptions are stated on the Performance page.

Does a backtest guarantee profit?

No. A backtest uses historical data and does not guarantee future results. Real results can differ.

What does drawdown (DD) mean?

The fall in equity from a peak to a later low. A 20% DD means the account once fell 20% from its peak.

What drawdown is considered good for an EA?

There is no single number that suits everyone. A smaller drawdown means equity fell less from its peak, but profit is usually smaller too. Compare drawdown and profit together, not profit alone.

What does risk % per trade mean?

The percentage of equity put at risk on one trade if the stop loss is hit. A smaller risk usually means smaller profit and drawdown too.

How is AI used?

AI helps analyse data, check parameters and spot weaknesses in a strategy. It is a support tool, not a market forecast.

Where do the strategies run?

On a server at LD4 set up by Team Nine.

Does this website accept deposits?

No. This website only shows strategy information and backtest records. We do not accept deposits through it.

Is this investment advice?

No. The content is for information only. Trading carries high risk and you may lose your capital. Consult a licensed adviser if needed.
