Nine Markets is part of Nine Group. We develop trading strategies and Expert Advisors (EAs) for MetaTrader 5 and publish their backtest records on this website.

2. Not investment advice.

The content on this website is for information only. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument or service. Seek advice from a licensed adviser before making any decision.

3. No deposits.

We do not accept deposits or client money through this website. We will never ask you to send money to a personal account.

4. Backtest results.

All performance figures on this website are backtest results (simulations using historical data) unless stated otherwise. Backtests do not fully account for spreads, slippage, execution delays, liquidity and changing markets, and may be affected by fitting to past data. Past performance and simulated results do not guarantee future results.

5. Risk levels.

Low, Medium and High describe the position size or risk per trade used by a strategy. They are not a promise of safety or return. Even at Low you can lose money, and at High you can lose all of your capital.

6. High risk.

Trading forex, gold, indices and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose some or all of your capital. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Using EAs or automated trading does not remove risk.

7. No guarantees.

We do not guarantee any profit, level of profit or limit on losses. Figures such as profit %, drawdown and win/loss are backtest results only.

8. Use of AI.

AI is used as an analysis aid. AI output may be inaccurate and is not a market prediction.
